Booking in the Marketplace


What is the payment process for experiences booked through SIMPLENIGHT®?

The default setting is payment by credit card. SIMPLENIGHT® is the merchant of record on all transactions.

When is the agency or client credit card charged?

The credit card is charged as soon as the supplier confirms the reservation. A receipt is then sent to the email address provided in the booking. An authorization is placed on the credit card for the total amount at time of booking.

Can I book multiple products in different destinations in one Itinerary?

Yes! You have the ability to add as many experiences as you like from as many destinations as you desire to your itinerary and check out in one shopping cart.

Do we have to use the client’s credit card or the agency’s?

You have the opportunity to use either the client’s credit card or your agency’s credit card to complete the payment for the products in the shopping cart.

How do I view available experiences in any city?

To view available experiences in any city, login to your SIMPLENIGHT® account and select the Book Experiences button. This button is located under the menu bar on the upper right hand side of the screen. The marketplace will open with a search page. When you've added trip details, click "Go" to run your search.
