What communication does the passenger receive about the booking?

At time of booking: Confirmation email voucher including unique booking ID complete with booking information.

How do I view bookings?

To view the bookings made through your account, simply log in to your SIMPLENIGHT® account and select the Bookings link located on your Menu Bar.

How do I resend an itinerary?

To resend an Itinerary after purchase, simply open the itinerary and select the Share button located on the right hand side page above the first product listed. Upon selecting Share, you will be given the opportunity to enter a recipient's email address along with a personal message

Yes, SIMPLENIGHT® will brand the email confirmation vouchers with the agency logo.
